Please review these terms before using our website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and any other policies displayed during checkout.

Regulated products are only offered where legally permitted.

A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it can lawfully be sold, supplied or delivered to every customer or location. We may decline or cancel an order where required by Australian law, state or territory law, health regulation, payment-provider requirements or carrier restrictions.

01

Acceptance of these Terms

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the website and must not submit an order.

Where a separate written agreement has been entered into with an approved wholesale or business customer, that agreement may apply in addition to, or take priority over, these website terms to the extent stated in it.

Eligibility, Adult Access and Lawful Use

The website is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. By accessing age-restricted areas, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Being aged 18 or older does not automatically make every transaction lawful. Certain products may only be advertised, prescribed, supplied, purchased, possessed or delivered through authorised channels and subject to additional Australian, state or territory requirements.

You must not:

  • provide false age, identity, prescription or delivery information;
  • purchase on behalf of a minor or unauthorised person;
  • attempt to avoid an age, health, pharmacy or identity check;
  • order a product where its purchase, possession or delivery is unlawful;
  • use the website for fraud, resale outside lawful channels or any illegal activity.
Our right to refuse supply: We may refuse, suspend or cancel a transaction where we reasonably believe it may breach a law, regulatory requirement, payment-provider rule or shipping restriction.
04

Product Information and Website Content

We aim to present product names, images, descriptions, specifications, stock information and packaging details accurately. Product packaging, colour, labels, batch information and minor design details may change without notice.

Images are provided for general identification and presentation. Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause colours to appear differently from the physical product.

Information on this website is general information only. It is not medical, pharmaceutical or health advice and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

We do not guarantee that every product displayed is available for sale or lawful supply to every visitor. Stock shown on the website may be subject to final warehouse confirmation.

05

Orders, Offers and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted only after payment, stock, address, identity, eligibility and legal-supply requirements have been successfully reviewed.

We may reject or cancel an order where:

  • the product is unavailable or incorrectly listed;
  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;
  • payment cannot be verified or is considered high risk;
  • the delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate or restricted;
  • age, identity or lawful eligibility cannot be confirmed;
  • the transaction may breach applicable law or provider rules;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised resale or misuse.

Where we cancel a paid order before supply, we will arrange a refund through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

06

Prices, Currency and Payment

Unless otherwise displayed, prices intended for Australian customers are shown in Australian dollars. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other fees will be displayed before payment where required.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed. Payments may be handled by third-party providers, including PayPal, card processors or other payment services displayed at checkout.

We do not control delays caused by a bank, card issuer or third-party payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Where an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected order.

07

Age, Identity and Eligibility Verification

We may request reasonable evidence to confirm age, identity, delivery details or legal eligibility before accepting or dispatching an order.

Verification information must be genuine, current and belong to the person placing or receiving the order. Failure to provide requested verification may result in delay or cancellation.

Where a transaction is subject to pharmacy, prescription, therapeutic goods or health-professional requirements, the transaction will only proceed through a legally authorised process.

Verification information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy obligations.

08

Dispatch, Delivery and Address Responsibility

Dispatch target

We aim to dispatch paid, verified, lawful and in-stock orders within 24 hours. This is a processing target and not a guaranteed dispatch time.

Estimated delivery

Delivery commonly takes approximately seven days. Delivery estimates may be affected by the destination, remote location, carrier congestion, weather, weekends, public holidays, security checks and other events outside our reasonable control.

Correct delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer service immediately if a correction is required. An address may not be changed after the parcel has entered carrier processing.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, it is provided for convenience. A carrier's tracking event may be used as evidence of attempted or completed delivery, but customers may contact us where they reasonably believe delivery information is incorrect.

Risk and ownership

Ownership passes after full payment and lawful supply. Risk is allocated subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law and cannot be transferred in a way that removes non-excludable consumer rights.

09

Returns, Refunds and Product Problems

Our separate Refunds, Returns and Authenticity Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers should inspect the parcel promptly after delivery and contact customer support as soon as a problem is discovered. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video and keeping all packaging, labels and shipping materials.

Video, photographs, authentication results, tracking records and product information may help us investigate a claim. The absence of an unboxing video does not automatically remove rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the available remedy will depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure and may include repair, replacement, refund or another legally required remedy.

We generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds where the correct product was supplied as described. Opened or used products may not be accepted for discretionary change-of-mind returns due to hygiene and product-integrity considerations. This does not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described products.

Contact-first process: Please contact customer support with your order number before returning a product. Do not send a parcel to an address unless the return has been authorised and return instructions have been provided.
10

Authenticity Claims and Voluntary 10× Promise

We may offer a voluntary authenticity promise in addition to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Where an affected product is properly investigated and verified as counterfeit, the customer may qualify for compensation equal to ten times the purchase price paid for that affected product, subject to the published Authenticity Promise verification process.

Customers submitting an authenticity claim should provide:

  • the order number and proof of purchase;
  • clear video and photographs of the parcel and product;
  • packaging, batch, serial and security-label details;
  • a continuous recording of the QR or security-code verification process;
  • the product and all packaging for further inspection where requested.

The voluntary 10× promise applies only after the counterfeit allegation has been reasonably verified. It does not apply to products purchased from another seller, altered products, substituted products, false evidence or claims that cannot be linked to an order supplied by us.

This voluntary promise does not replace, restrict or exclude any remedy that must be provided under Australian Consumer Law.

11

Acceptable Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the website for lawful personal information, account, customer-service and purchasing purposes.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another account;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or harmful material;
  • scrape, copy or reproduce website content for unauthorised commercial use;
  • impersonate another person or provide fraudulent information;
  • interfere with website security, checkout or payment processing;
  • use our brand, images or content in a misleading or deceptive way.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layouts, graphics, photographs, logos and other content are owned by us, licensed to us or used with permission. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to the website.

12

Website Availability, Disclaimers and Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of every feature.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting interruptions, security incidents, third-party service failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website interruption, unauthorised third-party activity or a user's failure to protect account credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising under applicable Australian Consumer Law. Any limitation in these terms must be read subject to those rights.

13

Privacy, Accounts and Communications

We may collect information reasonably required to operate the website, respond to enquiries, process lawful orders, verify transactions, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Personal information may include contact details, delivery information, order history, payment-related records, communications and verification information.

Payment providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, carriers and other service providers may process information required to provide their services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed, and how a person may request access, correction or make a privacy enquiry.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

14

Customer Service, Complaints and Payment Disputes

Customers should first contact our customer care team with the order number, description of the problem and relevant supporting evidence. This allows us to review warehouse, payment, tracking and communication records.

We aim to respond within a reasonable period and work toward an appropriate resolution. Complex claims may require information from a carrier, payment provider, manufacturer or authentication service.

We ask customers to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem before opening a payment dispute. However, nothing in these terms removes a customer's lawful right to contact PayPal, a bank, card issuer, regulator or consumer-protection body.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide the relevant provider with order records, customer communications, verification information, tracking and delivery evidence.

15

Changes, Severability and Governing Law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, payment services, business operations or applicable law. The updated date will be displayed on this page. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

Severability

If any part of these terms is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be read down or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining terms will continue to operate.

No waiver

A delay in exercising a contractual right does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable right a consumer has to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Australian Consumer Law continues to apply

Our goods and services may come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Depending on the nature of a failure, consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Store policies, evidence requirements and voluntary guarantees operate subject to these non-excludable rights.
